NEW : Online Booking & eCommerce Portal is now LIVE!
Our new Online Booking portal is now live for all accounts! Over the last month, several accounts have been part of our beta program, and their feedback has helped us to make key enhancements in preparation for today!
💡 You don't have to rush and change all your URLs on your website, IG, etc. We will automatically redirect traffic for you so they land on the new booking interface.
There are several new enhancements. A few highlights include:
- An easy-to-navigate, more modern interface
- Deposits marked on services
- NEW Recommended Services feature
- Redirect to the Patient Portal at checkout
- NEW Best Time option
- NEW images with eGift cards
- NEW membership discounts for promotions

Please note: If you are using the GA-4 tracking feature, the traffic patterns will change since the URL structure is now different. Once visitors land on your booking page, you'll start to see the URL events change. If you are running Google Ads, you will want to review your conversion metric and change it accordingly. The confirmation URL will look something like this: https://booking.mylovelylines.com/online-booking/v2/appointment/confirmation
