What's New: Stripe Instant Payouts Are Here
Need access to your funds faster? You can now request an instant payout anytime, no more waiting on your regular payout schedule.
You can request Instant Payouts 24/7, including weekends and holidays, and funds typically appear in the associated bank account within 30 minutes. Instant Payouts normally settle within 30 minutes, but might be delayed, depending on your bank.

What's Changing
On-Demand Access to Your Funds Previously, payouts followed a fixed schedule. Now, you can trigger a payout whenever you need one, right from your dashboard separate from your regular scheduled payouts.
Why This Matters for Your Practice
- Flexibility: Access available funds on your own timeline instead of waiting for the next scheduled payout.
- Transparency: See exactly how much you have available to instantly pay out before you request it.
- Convenience: No extra steps outside of Aesthetic Record, initiate it directly from your dashboard.
How It Works
- From your dashboard, look for the Instant Available balance: this shows how much you can withdraw instantly.
- Click the Instant Payout button.
- Confirm the payout to send those funds right away.
A Few Things to Know
- Instant payouts carry a fee: A 1.1% fee on the payout volume is applied to each instant payout, separate from your standard scheduled payouts (which remain fee-free).
- This doesn't replace or change your existing payout schedule.
